The state wonders why they are in a hole, here is a perfect example. Yesterday on 95

in Groton, 9 DOT workers, 5 flashing arrow trucks with drivers,1 bucket, ground man and bucket man

bucket driver and lights on for 6 hours to change light bulbs. Add that up in your head. Why not turn on light for 15 mins, identify those that are out, shut them off and send out bucket to change. 2 guys, 1 truck, 15 mins of electric. The poles are off the shoulder so some simple signs are all you need. Man this stuff irritates me.
